Appletini (No-Alcohol)

This recipe works best if you have a juicer and use fresh apples. If you don't then replace with ready-made apple juice.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 apples

  • 1 thumb of fresh ginger

  • 1/2 lime

  • Ice cubes

  • Mint

  • Soda water

1. Wash and core the apples, peel the ginger, the lime and wash the mint leaves and get ready for juicing.

2. Juice all the ingredients that you just prepped making sure you stuff the ginger and mint in the apples to help them juice.

2. Pass your juice through a sieve so you have a nice clear, crisp consistency.

3. Add a slice of lime, ice and top up with soda water!

Enjoy your Friday cocktails!
