Walking into a house party in Shoreditch where everyone works in fashion - that was the vibe at Ray Chu's AW23 Presentation What's the T on Saturday 18th February 2023. Silver tinsel, a DJ booth and a skylit indoor courtyard formed the backdrop for Ray Chu's colourful, edgy collection modelled by a diverse range of models. The show was in two parts with the models changing outfits half way through to keep the guests engaged. The style of the presentation was informal and the models were poised with an air of nonchalance. Metallic eye makeup, dewy natural skin, statement silver jewellery and sleek hair with clips was the order of the day when it comes to styling which really complemented the clothes aesthetic.

The designer used turquoise blue, mint green and more neutral black and white for his colour palette. He seeks to balance sensuality through sheer fabrics that highlight the body with bold statement pieces and hardwear to bring that edge the brand is known for.
Ray Chu's vision of fashion is to create inclusive, a-gender, sexy and edgy clothing since 2016. This collection sees him introduce 20 new sets to his clothing line which focus on the notion of enjoying the moment and being free and independent. To celebrate adult pleasure, the designer collaborated with Japanese adult brand Tenga with the aim to highlight that we can find ways to feel free through love and pleasure in our everyday.
